Eat at Gather

For additional meals, Gather is located just a 5 minute drive at our sister site, Laggan.

GATHER IS OPEN WEDNESDAY – SUNDAY: 9.00AM – WITH LAST FOOD ORDERS AT 8.30PM

The Menu

Gather offers delicious food made from the freshest ingredients and prepared with care and attention. Our sensational sea views will certainly add an extra wow factor to your dining experience.

Our menus change as the seasons do and our goal is to work with as many local suppliers as possible such as Nith Valley Eggs and Griersons Butchers in Castle Douglas.

The Team

The talented kitchen team is headed up by Head Chef Naiju. Naiju joined the Laggan team in 2021 as Senior Sous Chef and has recently been promoted to Head Chef.

Naihu brings a wealth of experience and a palate-driven approach to every plate. From the sizzle of the pan to the precision of plating, he transforms each ingredient into a masterpiece, inviting you on a journey of flavours.

Anup is our talented patisserie chef. Each creation is a symphony of flavours, a visual delight, and a testament to the skill and precision that Anup holds.

Events

From Italian night, kitchen takeovers with Masterchef semi-finalists, guests speaker nights with Instagram foodies, Gather hosts exciting seasonal events every month!

Keep your eyes peeled on the Laggan website for upcoming events at Gather.
