Inspired by our country animals and landscape, room 12 is a cosy kingsize room with a double shower ensuite bathroom. Guests can truly relax and escape the everyday in this room, whether that is getting stuck into a good book or watching a movie on the smart TV.

Guests can enjoy tea and coffee and the bathroom includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and hand wash.

Despite our rural location, we’re really not too far from the big cites. Just 1.5 hours from Carlisle, 2.5 hours from Edinburgh and under 2 hours from Glasgow, we are in prime position for those looking for a relaxing weekend escape.
